This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and reasonable, especially considering the clean and modern rooms. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with unique paintings of plants on the walls and even curtains provided. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing fantastic service. The location of the hotel is unique, situated in a residential area on a fairly quiet street surrounded by a lot of local restaurants offering a variety of cuisines from Chinese to Halal.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The staff is very helpful and kind. Our last night in KL, while we we're waiting for the bus to leave, one member of the staff followed us out to eat, told us a little about malaysia and was also curious about us. Really nice company and nice talk and a nice last evening, and all the members of the staff is like that. Clean rooms, hot water and a nice bed on the floor. After spending nights in bungalows this was luxury for us. Worth every dollar! It's fresh and new. Good design in rooms. Easy to get to the monorail (beware of the cars, be carefull if you have children) that takes you to the city centre where all the fun is, and the bus and trainstation. A mall is nearby and also a 7-eleven. Overall a good looking and absolutely fresh budget hotel and a perfect stay for a few days!
Small rooms, but it's not annoying unless you have like a big family or tons of bags. No window view to the city or surrounding areas, but there is a window that's points out to the fake garden in the hotel (yes, there is real daylight). No laundry service in the hotel, but there is one nearby. No breakfast. No western breakfast nearby either, but many local food restaurants nearby. The wifi is stable but could be really slow sometimes, most at nighttime.

The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is new, everything clean and shiny. There is a inside garden, where you can relax without going out of hotel. The location is good, not far away from bug department store Jesco and railway station. A good clean place if you need bed and wi-fi.
Rooms are very very small, but we didn't expected much from budget hotel. The TV had just 6 local channels. We saw a big rat in the garden which came from nearby, but this is nothing related to the hotel.

We used this hotel for 1 night-stopover and was lucky with this joice. Nearby are restaurants and a shopping centre. To the skytrain you walk only 5 minutes and you are in only 10 min. in the centre for about 3 RM. From AirAsia-Airport there is a bus for only 8 RM to KL Central and from there is a taxi about 10-16 RM.

My partner and I had a wonderful time during our romantic getaway. The hotel offered us comfortable and spacious rooms, which were clean and had a lovely view of the garden. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a shopping center nearby. We enjoyed the quietness of the residential area and the excellent service provided by the staff.
There were some downsides to our stay. The surrounding neighborhood was not very attractive, and we didn't feel safe wandering around at night.

Clean, helpful, friendly and great room!
We wished to extend our stay, however they lock you out of the room until you pay upfront per night. Not a problem but most hotels just keep a passport and you can pay at the end. Minor annoyance but an otherwise great stay!

Staff are helpful and accommodating. All you have to do is befriend them also since you are a stranger visiting their country. Location is great due to Railway Transit which is a walking distance. If you're a new traveller make sure to bring a map with you as it will be very helpful.
They don't have food, a canteen or a restaurant. There are nearby local restaurant but it caters local foods only. I dont want to eat foreign food while traveling due to sensitivity of my stomach.

Very good value for money. The indoor garden is pleasant, and the rooms are in excellent condition. The staff was very helpful and polite. A bit off the city center, but close to an LRT station and a convenience store. It will only take some 10 minutes on the LRT to reach the Monorail interchange (from where one can access KL Sentral and the Golden Triangle area), and the trains on this line aren't usually very crowded. The hotel security was reassuring - a night guard watches the entrance, and the lobby doors are locked to outsiders.
No refrigerator in the room. The first floor rooms have poor soundproofing which can be an issue if there are noisy guests in the garden. The neighborhood is a bit shabby, so there isn't much to see immediately outside. Avoid taking taxis or buses, as the area is prone to traffic jams - as is most of the city in general.
